    Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 4-5 minutes. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

    In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, mirin, and chili oil. Adjust the chili oil and salt to taste.

    In a large serving bowl, add the cooked ramen noodles. Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat evenly.

    Top the noodles with sliced pork chashu, bamboo shoots, chopped green onion, and the raw egg yolk.

    Serve immediately, mixing well before eating to combine all the flavors.
