1. Prepare the Ingredients

Rinse the moyashi (bean sprouts) under cold water and drain well. Mince the garlic and slice the green onions.

2. Stir-Fry the Bean Sprouts

In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Add Moyashi

Add the moyashi (bean sprouts) to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crunchy.

4. Season the Dish
