Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds. Toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

  2. 2

    Cook the Green Beans

In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch the green beans for about 3-4 minutes until vibrant green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Brown Butter

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Continue cooking until the butter turns a golden brown color and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and stir in the sliced almonds. Set aside.

  4. 4

    Cook the Salmon

Season the Ora King Salmon fillets with salt and pepper. In another skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the salmon, skin side down, and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

On serving plates, place the crispy potatoes, top with the salmon fillet, and arrange the blanched green beans on the side. Drizzle the brown butter and almond mixture over the salmon and garnish with lemon wedges.
