Prepare the Shrimp
In a skillet, cook the shrimp over medium heat until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread out the corn tortilla chips evenly. Sprinkle the cooked shrimp over the chips.

Add the Toppings
Layer the black beans, roasted corn, and Mexican cheese blend on top of the chips and shrimp.

Melt the Cheese
Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve
Once out of the oven, top the nachos with diced avocado, chipotle crema, jalapeño escabeche, pico de gallo, radish slices, and micro cilantro. Serve immediately.
