Shrimp Ceviche Preparation
Peel and devein the shrimp, then chop them into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with lime juice, diced tomato, cilantro, red onion, and salt. Allow it to marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Red Snapper Ceviche Preparation
Dice the red snapper into small pieces. In a bowl, combine the snapper with lime juice, finely chopped red onion, cilantro, chili pepper, and salt. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
Serving
