Preparation Instructions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the white onion into thin rings and the tomato into thick slices. Set aside.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3

Form the Patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.

4

Cook the Patties

In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adding a slice of American cheese on top during the last minute of cooking.

5

Toast the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, toast the brioche buns in the skillet until golden brown.

6

Assemble the Burger

Spread garlic aioli on the bottom bun, add the patty with melted cheese, top with crispy bacon, onion rings, and tomato slices. Finish with the top bun.
