In a mixing bowl, combine the tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and olive brine. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Taste the mix and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more hot sauce, celery salt, or pepper to suit your preference.

Chill the mix in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes to the top.

Pour 2 oz of Tito's Handmade Vodka over the ice in the shaker.

Add 4 oz of the prepared Bloody Mary mix to the shaker.

Secure the shaker lid and shake gently for about 10 seconds.

Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice cubes.

Garnish with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge. Optionally, add dill pickle slices on the rim or inside the glass.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Surf Bloody Mary!
