Method

Preparing the Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub each ribeye steak with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat, about 450°F (232°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned steaks on the hot grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare doneness. Adjust cooking time to your preference.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Preparing the Lobster Tail

  1. 5

    Prepare the Lobster

Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat.

  2. 6

    Make Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined and fragrant.

  3. 7

    Grill the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down. Brush generously with the garlic butter mixture. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and slightly charred.

  4. 8

    Finish with Garlic Butter

Remove the lobster tails from the grill and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter before serving.
