Prepare Oysters

Carefully shuck the fresh oysters using an oyster knife. Ensure to catch all the juices in the shell.

In a bowl, mix the crab meat with a little bit of the oyster juice for added flavor. Set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the hot honey and sweet tamari until well combined.

In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.
