Prepare Brussels Sprouts

Trim and Halve
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the halved Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Assemble Salad

In a large bowl, add the arugula and roasted Brussels sprouts once they are cool.

Sprinkle the toasted pistachios, ciabatta crumbs, and Parmesan cheese over the greens.
