Ingredients for Classic Mimosa
Method
Directions for Classic Mimosa
- 1
Prepare the Orange Juice
Using a citrus juicer, squeeze enough fresh oranges to yield 2 cups of orange juice. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve to remove any pulp or seeds, if desired.
- 2
Chill the Prosecco
Before serving, chill the Prosecco in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to ensure it is cold and refreshing.
- 3
Mix the Mimosa
In a large pitcher, combine the fresh orange juice and Prosecco gently to avoid excessive foaming. Pour carefully into champagne flutes, filling each glass halfway.
- 4
Garnish and Serve
Garnish each mimosa with an orange slice on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately and enjoy!
