Preparation

Prepare the Seafood

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a baking dish, arrange the haddock fillets, scallops, and shrimp evenly.

3. Pour the white wine over the seafood.

4. Drizzle melted butter over the seafood.

5. Sprinkle seasoned bread crumbs over the top of the seafood mixture.

Bake the Seafood

6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.

7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the top is golden brown.

Prepare the Chive Mashed Potatoes

8. In a large pot, cover the cubed potatoes with water and add a pinch of salt.

9. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

10. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, chopped chives, salt, and pepper.

11. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Broccoli

12. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.

13. Add the broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until bright green and tender-crisp.

14. Drain the broccoli and toss with a little butter and salt to taste.

Serve

15. Once the seafood is done baking, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

16. Plate the baked seafood alongside a generous serving of chive mashed potatoes and buttered broccoli.

17. Garnish with additional chives if desired and serve warm.
