Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit until frothy. Mix the yeast mixture and melted butter into the flour, kneading until smooth. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.

Shape the Pastries
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into small balls. Roll each ball into a circle. Fill with choice of fillings (such as cheese, spinach, or minced meat), fold over, and seal the edges.

Bake the Pastries
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the filled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with melted butter and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
