Cocktail Preparation

    Prepare the Glass

    Place a sugar cube in an Old Fashioned glass. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and a splash of club soda over the sugar cube.

    Muddle

    Muddle the sugar cube, bitters, and club soda together until the sugar is dissolved.

    Add Ice

    Fill the glass with ice cubes.

    Pour Scotch

    Pour 2 oz of The Famous Grouse Scotch Whisky over the ice.

    Garnish

    Garnish the drink with a slice of Grove Street orange and an Amarena cherry on top.

    Serve

    Stir gently and serve immediately.
