Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Cooking the Burger

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Angus beef patty with salt and black pepper on both sides. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip it over.

  2. 2

    Adding Cheese

When the patty is flipped, place the white cheddar slices on top of the patty. Cover the grill or skillet to help the cheese melt, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

  3. 3

    Cooking the Bacon

While the burger is cooking, in a separate pan, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Assembling the Burger

Toast the potato bun lightly on the grill or in a toaster. On the bottom half of the bun, add the creamy mac & cheese. Place the cooked Angus beef patty with melted cheddar on top, followed by the crispy bacon. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the top and place the bun lid on.

  5. 5

    Serving

Serve immediately with extra BBQ sauce on the side, if desired.
