Cook the Meat
Sear the London Broil for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.

In a saucepan, heat the beef broth until simmering. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

Slice the brioche rolls and layer with sliced London Broil, Swiss cheese, and caramelized onions. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
