Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the London Broil

Season the London Broil with salt and black pepper. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Cook the Meat

Sear the London Broil for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.

  3. 3

    Caramelize the Onions

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until they are soft and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes. Stir occasionally and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Au Jus

In a saucepan, heat the beef broth until simmering. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sandwiches

Slice the brioche rolls and layer with sliced London Broil, Swiss cheese, and caramelized onions. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the sandwiches warm with a side of warm au jus for dipping.
