Directions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Legs
Rinse the snow crab legs under cold water to remove any debris. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
- 2
Boil Water
In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil. Add salt to taste and 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning to the boiling water.
- 3
Cook the Crab Legs
Once the water is boiling, carefully add the crab legs to the pot. Cover and let them cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are heated through.
- 4
Melt the Butter
While the crab is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- 5
Prepare Lemon
Cut the lemon into wedges and set aside for serving.
- 6
Serve
Once the crab legs are done cooking, carefully remove them from the pot and place them on a serving platter. Drizzle the garlic butter over the crab legs and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
