Prepare the Ingredients
Rinse the shrimp under cold water to remove any residual shell or debris. Set aside.

Prepare the Vegetables
Peel the potato and cut it into quarters. Remove the husk from the corn and cut it into halves if desired.

Boil the Vegetables
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the potato quarters and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add Corn
After 10 minutes, add the corn to the pot and continue to cook for another 5-7 minutes until both the corn and potato are tender.

Add Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

Finish with Lemon Juice
Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle with lemon juice. Toss the shrimp to coat evenly.
