    Prepare the Ingredients

    Rinse the shrimp under cold water to remove any residual shell or debris. Set aside.

    Prepare the Vegetables

    Peel the potato and cut it into quarters. Remove the husk from the corn and cut it into halves if desired.

    In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the potato quarters and cook for about 10 minutes.
