Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Crab Legs
Thaw the king crab legs if they are frozen by placing them in the refrigerator overnight. If you're short on time, you can also run them under cold water for about 30 minutes.
- 2
Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic cloves (3) to the melted butter and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Cook the Crab Legs
Fill a large pot with water, add 1 teaspoon of salt, and bring it to a boil. Carefully add the thawed king crab legs (0.5 lb) to the boiling water, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.

Drain and Serve
Once cooked, remove the crab legs from the pot and drain. Place on a serving platter and drizzle the garlic butter over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley (2 tbsp), and serve with lemon wedges from the reserved half.
