Clean the Mussels
Rinse the green mussels under cold running water to remove any sand or debris. Scrub the shells with a brush if necessary.

Mince the Garlic
Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.

Chop the Parsley
Finely chop the fresh parsley and set aside.

Melt the Butter
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.

Add White Wine
Pour the white wine into the skillet, cover it with a lid, and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mussels open up.

Once the mussels are open, sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
