Clean the Crawfish
Rinse the crawfish under cold running water. Remove any dead crawfish and discard.

Prepare the Corn and Potato
Peel and chop the potato into quarters. Leave the corn on the cob whole.
Cooking

Boil the Ingredients
In a large pot, add 4 quarts of water, salt, Cajun seasoning, garlic cloves (smashed), and bay leaves. Bring to a rolling boil.

Add the Crawfish
Add the cleaned crawfish to the pot. Boil for an additional 3-5 minutes until the crawfish turn bright red and are cooked through.

Finish and Serve
Remove the pot from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Squeeze lemon juice over the crawfish before serving.
