Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Lobster
Thaw the lobster tail if frozen. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top of the lobster shell to expose the meat. Pull the meat out slightly and place on top of the shell.
- 2
Prepare the Corn and Potato
Fill a large pot with water and add a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil. Add the potato and cook for about 10 minutes.
- 3
Add Corn
After 10 minutes, add the corn on the cob to the boiling water with the potato. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until both are tender.
Cooking
- 4
Cook the Lobster
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
- 5
Broil the Lobster
Preheat the broiler in your oven. Place the lobster tail on a baking sheet and broil for about 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Baste with the garlic butter mixture halfway through cooking.

Serve the Dish
Once the lobster tail is done, remove it from the oven. Drain the corn and potato, and plate them alongside the lobster. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges if desired.
