Method

For the Salmon

1

Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and brush both sides with olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper.

2

Cook the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and let it rest.

For the Bacon

3

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon strips. Cook until crispy, about 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway through. Once cooked, place the bacon on a paper towel to drain excess grease.

For the Lettuce & Tomato

4

Prepare the Lettuce and Tomato

Wash the romaine lettuce leaves and pat them dry. Slice the tomato into even rounds.

For the Dill Aioli

5

Make the Dill Aioli

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chopped dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

For the Assembly

6

Assemble the Salmon BLT

On each slice of toasted bread, spread a generous amount of dill aioli. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, cooked bacon, and the salmon fillet. Top with another slice of toasted bread. Cut in half and serve immediately.
