Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Adjust Consistency
If the mixture is too thick, add a little more pineapple juice to reach your desired consistency. Blend again to combine.
Serving
Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled glass and pour the blended mixture into it, filling it about three-quarters full.
Garnish
Top the cocktail with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top for added texture.
Serve
Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy your tropical Pina Colada!
