Preparation
Prepare the Pizza Dough
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you’re using store-bought dough, let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes before rolling. If making from scratch, prepare your dough according to your favorite recipe.
Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness, usually about ¼ inch thick. Shape it into a circle or rectangle based on your preference.
Assembly
Spread Tomato Sauce
Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Add Cheese
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the tomato sauce.
Choose Your Toppings
Select any two toppings from the list (e.g., pepperoni and bell peppers) and distribute them evenly over the cheese.
Baking
Bake the Pizza
Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
Cool and Slice
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve warm.
