Prepare Pork Belly

Sous Vide Cooking
Cook the pork belly sous vide at 165°F (74°C) for 12 hours. Once done, remove from the bag and sear in a hot skillet until crispy.

Prepare Hoisin Sauce Mixture
In a bowl, mix the cooked pork belly with black beans and hoisin sauce. Set aside.
Make Slaw

Make Sambal Mayo

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sambal oelek. Mix until well combined.
Cook Burger Patty

Form Patties
Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form it into two patties.

Cook Patties
In a skillet, cook the patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side or until done to your liking.
Assemble Burger

Build the Burger
On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a beef patty, top with the black bean-hoisin pork belly, cucumber-daikon-carrot slaw, and a generous spread of sambal mayo. Place the top half of the bun on and serve.
