Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Empress Rose Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Fresh Lemon Juice, Cointreau, and Simple Syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Top and Garnish
Top off with Affino (or Affino Soda) and garnish with a lemon wheel or elderflower if desired. Serve immediately.
