Cocktail Preparation
1. Prepare the Butterfly Blue Tea
Brew butterfly blue flower tea according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely before using.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Kraken rum, white rum, Captain Morgan spiced rum, Soho lychee liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup. Add ice cubes to the shaker.
3. Shake it Up
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain and Layer
Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice. Slowly pour the cooled butterfly blue tea over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
5. Garnish and Serve
