Preparation Steps

   Begin by toasting the levain bread slices until golden brown and crispy.

   While the bread is toasting, cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash it with a fork, adding lemon juice and a pinch of Malden salt to enhance the flavor.

   Assemble the Toast

   Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice of toasted bread.

   Add Radish and Pine Nuts

   Top the avocado spread with radish slices and sprinkle the pine nuts over the toast.
