Preparing the Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Clean the Chicken Wings

Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and vegetable oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 3

    Heat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. 4

    Bake the Wings

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until they are crispy and cooked through.

Preparing the Sauces

  1. 5

    Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and stir until combined. Remove from heat.

  2. 6

    Lemon Pepper Sauce

In a bowl, combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, and olive oil. Whisk until well mixed.

  3. 7

    BBQ Sauce

Simply have the BBQ sauce ready in a bowl.

  4. 8

    Salt & Pepper Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together the salt and black pepper.

Tossing the Wings

  1. 9

    Choose Your Sauce

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl.

  2. 10

    Toss with Sauce

Add your choice of sauce to the chicken wings and toss until fully coated.

Serving

  1. 11

    Plate the Wings

Serve the chicken wings hot with extra sauce on the side if desired.
