Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and black pepper, and whisk until well combined.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook to your desired doneness (scrambled, fried, or poached). Remove from heat and set aside.

Meats

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  2. 4

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the sausage links and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through. Remove from heat.

  3. 5

    Cook the Canadian Bacon

In the same skillet, add the Canadian bacon and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until heated through and lightly browned.

House Breakfast Potatoes

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized cubes.

  2. 7

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced potatoes and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.

Toast

  1. 8

    Toast the Bread

Toast the bread slices to your preference. Spread butter on the hot toast before serving.
