Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven and cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy.

  2. 2

    Cook the Burger

Shape the ground beef into a patty and season it with salt and pepper. Cook the burger in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Make the Brown Gravy

In the same skillet used for the burger, melt the butter. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until it turns golden. Gradually whisk in the beef broth, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Hot Hamburger

Place one slice of white bread on a plate. Top with the cooked burger, pour on the brown gravy, and then add the crispy French fries. Top with the second slice of bread and serve immediately.
