Prepare Tortilla Bowls
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush both sides of each flour tortilla with vegetable oil. Press each tortilla into a muffin tin or oven-safe bowl to create a bowl shape. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and let cool.

Cook Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if needed. Add the taco seasoning and water, stir to combine, and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cooked ground beef, corn, black beans, and shredded pepperjack cheese. Toss gently to mix all ingredients together.
