Method

French Fries

    Prepare Potatoes

    Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips.

    Heat Oil

    Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

    Fry Potatoes

    Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

    Season and Serve

    Remove fries from oil and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Sweet Potato Waffle Fries

    Prepare Sweet Potatoes

    Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into waffle shapes using a waffle fry cutter.

    In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato waffle cuts with cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt.

House Potato Chips

    Wash and slice the Russet potatoes thinly using a mandoline.

Mashed Potatoes
