Fresh Fruits

Caramel Peach Yogurt Dip

Method

Preparing Fresh Fruit

  1. 1

    Wash and Prepare Fruits

Thoroughly wash all fresh fruits under cold running water. Remove any stems or leaves from strawberries and slice them in half. Dice the pineapple and melon into bite-sized pieces, slice the kiwi, and halve the grapes.

  2. 2

    Arrange Fruits

In a large display platter or several smaller bowls, arrange the prepared fruits artistically. You can create sections for each type of fruit or mix them for a colorful display.

Making Caramel Peach Yogurt Dip

  1. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, caramel sauce, peach preserves, and vanilla extract.

  2. 4

    Mix Until Smooth

Using a whisk or an electric mixer, blend the ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Adjust the sweetness by adding more caramel or peach preserves if desired.

  3. 5

    Serve

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and place it alongside the fruit display for dipping.
