In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well to combine, ensuring the cabbage is well coated. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, and garlic powder until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Assemble Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave. Place a portion of flaked fish on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, and drizzle with chipotle sauce. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges on the side.
