Prepare the Salad Base
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and spinach into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Once cooled, chop into smaller pieces.

Prepare the Turkey
If using pre-cooked turkey, chop it into bite-sized pieces. If using raw turkey, cook it in a skillet until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes, and then chop.

Grate the Cheese
Grate or dice the cheddar cheese into small pieces.

Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, spinach, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes. Add the chopped turkey and bacon on top.

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Dress the Salad
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Add Cheddar
Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the top of the salad.

Serve immediately while fresh, or chill for a few minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
