Chipotle Philly Cheese Recipe
Shaved beef or shredded chicken sautéed with bell peppers and onions on a baguette with chipotle cream cheese and melted pepperjack.

Slice the Vegetables
Slice the bell peppers and onion into thin strips.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion, and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.

Add the Protein
Add the shaved beef or shredded chicken to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the protein is heated through.

Prepare the Baguette
While the protein and vegetables are cooking, slice the baguette in half lengthwise. Spread 2 tablespoons of chipotle cream cheese on each half.

Assemble the Sandwich
Once the protein and vegetables are cooked, spoon the mixture evenly onto the baguette halves. Top with slices of pepperjack cheese.

Melt the Cheese
Place the assembled sandwiches under a broiler for about 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
