Wrap Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Romaine Lettuce

Wash the romaine lettuce leaves thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess moisture. Chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Grate the Parmesan Cheese

Using a cheese grater, grate the parmesan cheese into a bowl until you have about 1 cup. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grated parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing. Toss the ingredients together until the lettuce is evenly coated with the dressing.

Assembling the Wrap

  1. 4

    Prepare the Tortillas

Lay the whole wheat tortillas flat on a clean surface. If desired, you can warm them slightly in a microwave for about 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable.

  2. 5

    Fill the Tortillas

Divide the Caesar salad mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle black pepper on top to taste.

  3. 6

    Roll the Wraps

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Serving

  1. 7

    Slice and Serve

Using a sharp knife, slice each wrap in half diagonally. Arrange the wraps on a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious Caesar wraps!
