Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and season lightly with salt.

Fry the Wings
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 375°F (190°C). Fry the wings in batches for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until it's completely liquid.

Toss the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the crispy fried wings with the buffalo sauce. Toss until the wings are fully coated.

Serve the buffalo wings hot with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and blue cheese dressing on the side.
