Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss to coat evenly.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the rack.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through cooking.

Prepare the Buffalo Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and white vinegar. Mix well and remove from heat.

Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the prepared buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until evenly coated.

Serve the buffalo chicken wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
