Prepare the Ribs
Preheat your oven to 275°F (135°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the pork ribs for better flavor and tenderness.

Make the Dry Rub
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper to create the dry rub.

Apply the Dry Rub
Rub the dry rub mixture generously over both sides of the ribs. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil.

Slow Cook the Ribs
Place the wrapped ribs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Prepare the BBQ Sauce
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Finish with Broiling
Place the ribs under the broiler for 5-10 minutes until the sauce caramelizes and becomes sticky. Watch closely to avoid burning.
