Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill it.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Grapefruit Ginger Shrub, Tito's Handmade Vodka, and Fresh Lime Juice. Shake well until combined.

Assemble the Drink
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Add Sparkling Water
Top off the drink with Sparkling Water and gently stir to combine.
