Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
- 2
Roast the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.
- 3
Make the Agave Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the hot sauce, agave nectar, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until combined and heated through. Remove from heat.
- 4
Prepare the Ranch
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- 5
Combine and Serve
Once the wings are done roasting, toss them in the agave buffalo sauce until fully coated. Serve hot with house-made ranch on the side.
