Prepare the Meatloaf
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped yellow onion, chopped bacon, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape and Bake
Transfer the meat mixture to a loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Make Whipped Potatoes
Add butter and heavy cream to the drained potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook the Green Beans
In a separate pot, boil the green beans in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

Serve
Once the meatloaf is done, let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve with au jus on the side, accompanied by whipped potatoes and green beans.
