Preheat and Prepare Ramekins
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder, then place them on a baking sheet.

Melt Chocolate and Butter
In a medium saucepan, combine the semisweet chocolate and unsalted butter. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.

Mix in Sugar
Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the granulated sugar until well combined.

Incorporate Eggs and Vanilla
Add the eggs and egg yolks to the chocolate mixture one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Then, stir in the vanilla extract.

Sift the all-purpose flour and pinch of salt into the mixture, folding gently until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is soft.
