Method

Pancakes

  1. 1

    Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Whisk to combine.

  2. 2

    Add Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are okay.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 4

    Whisk the Eggs

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

  2. 5

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and add butter. Once melted, pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Let it sit for a few seconds, then gently stir with a spatula, folding the eggs until they are softly scrambled. Remove from heat when they are still slightly runny.

Fruit Salad

  1. 6

    Prepare the Fruit

Wash the strawberries and blueberries. Slice the banana into rounds.

  2. 7

    Combine and Toss

In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and sliced banana. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
