Prepare the Oysters
Ensure the oysters are fresh and properly cleaned. Place them on a serving platter on a bed of ice to keep them chilled.

Mix the Vodka Shot
In a small bowl, mix the vodka with a splash of lemon juice (from the lemon wedges) and hot sauce. Set aside.
