Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Mushrooms
Clean the Portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set them aside for later use.

Chop the Stems
Finely chop the mushroom stems and set aside for the stuffing.
Stuffing Mixture

Mix Stuffing Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme leaves, chopped mushroom stems, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Add Breadcrumbs
Fold in the breadcrumbs into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
Assembling and Baking

Stuff the Mushrooms
Using a spoon, fill each Portobello mushroom cap generously with the stuffing mixture.

Drizzle with Olive Oil
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake the Mushrooms
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the stuffing is golden brown.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve warm.
