Cook the Capellini
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the capellini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and scallops, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink. Add the mussels and cover the skillet to steam for an additional 3-4 minutes until the mussels open up. Discard any mussels that do not open.

Make the Spicy Tomato Sauce
In the same skillet with the seafood, add the minced roasted garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, and canned crushed tomatoes. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes to marry the flavors.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked capellini pasta to the skillet with the seafood and sauce. Gently toss to coat the pasta in the sauce. Add lemon zest and lemon juice, mixing well.

Serve the seafood diavolo hot, garnished with chopped Italian parsley. Enjoy!
